Conditions

  • Your communication with me is key. In order to get the most of out of this investment, you must keep clear logs and update them before our calls.
  • I will create a customized plan for your family that considers your needs and offers choices to help you succeed. During our review of the plan, I will provide an overview of basic sleep information and share any research relevant to your specific situation.
  • All information and content distributed by Bedtime Beginnings is the property of Bedtime Beginnings. The material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in any way, in whole or in part, without prior written agreement from Bedtime Beginnings.
  • You must implement the plan within one week of receiving it, as it is based on the most up to date data and information about your child’s sleep habits. These habits can change quickly and affect the relevance of the plan.  If you delay starting the plan there may be a need for a plan re-write, which would come with an additional fee.
  • Support ends 2 – 3 weeks after implementation unless otherwise arranged.
  • You may re-engage with Bedtime Beginnings to purchase any additional follow-up support as needed. Follow-up packages are subject to the same terms and conditions as this agreement.
  • Results are entirely dependent on caregivers to consistently follow the customized plan of action for up to six weeks.
  • It can take a full six weeks to dramatically change a child’s sleep habits, however, clients typically experience improvement within two weeks, and often as soon as 3-5 days.
  • Many things impact sleep, including but not limited to: illness, teething, sleep environment, visitors, traveling, inconsistent reinforcement, and developmental milestones.

You acknowledge that we will provide you with a plan that is as gentle as possible and allows you to stay with your child if preferred, but that crying cannot be prevented if your child’s emotional response to a change in his/her sleep process is to cry. We will provide you with options to soothe, comfort, reassure and support your child, but please understand that crying is a symptom of fatigue, confusion, and frustration, and as such may not be prevented.

While we are fully confident that the science behind the plan will be effective, we cannot be aware of or account for the inconsistent implementation of the plan or other factors that may impact results such as illness, travel, developmental milestones, or life transitions.
