					Working with Loren and Brooke was the absolute best decision we have ever made! We started as soon as our son turned 4 months old. Before Bedtime Beginnings, he would ONLY sleep in his swing or if we thoroughly rocked him and put him in his playpen and for only an hour stretch at a time. My husband and I were sleep deprived and honestly, at each other's throats daily. When we wanted to transition him to his crib at 4 months, I decided that we were going to do this properly right from the start and so we called Loren and Brooke. There was a plan, there was a goal, there was tracking (which I honestly refer to all of the time) and there was constant support. Having our son sleep well and get the rest he needs has not only helped him developmentally but has also helped us get more sleep! It was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be and I'm so happy we did it!

					Where do I start? My son was an incredible sleeper up until he was 8 months old and as the time went on, things started going backwards for us. We had a tired household and I needed support! My hairdresser mentioned Brooke was a client of hers and may be able to help us out. I didn't think anyone could help especially because I believed my son had night terrors and there is no way out of it. Boy was I wrong! My son was just so used to me being around him that he would scream out at night when I was no longer in his bed. Brooke has been absolutely amazing every step of the way and I highly recommend her to anyone in desperate need for some sleep for them and their little ones.

					For 7 months, my son was continuing to wake up every 1-2 hours at night, would only nurse to sleep, and naps never happened unless he was being held the entire time or in the car. I was so exhausted and felt like I could no longer function. After another night of terrible sleeping, I googled sleep consultants and found Brooke. She was amazing throughout the entire process - so nice, personable, easy to talk to, and so relatable. On the third night of following Brooke's plan, my son started sleeping 10-11 hours at night and no longer nurses to sleep. He now falls asleep on his own. He is napping twice a day, and just seems like a much happier baby. I feel like myself again. My husband and I thought our son would never be able to sleep through the night, let alone naps, and here we are, less than 3 weeks later, having a wonderful little sleeper. We can't thank Brooke enough, and if you are having problems with your child sleeping, you have to contact Brooke. I only wished I had done it sooner. Thank you so much, Brooke! You saved our sleep deprived zombie family 🙂
