					Oh my goodness! Wow! I cannot say enough about how much Loren and Brooke helped our family. Our 7 month old daughter ONLY contact slept/napped and ONLY on me (apparently daddy isn’t as comfy as mama) and we were desperate. Thanks to Loren and Brooke our girl is now in her crib for her naps and sleeps 12 hours overnight in her crib without waking. If you’re having sleep troubles with your babes don’t hesitate, just call! Bedtime Beginnings is a total life saver!

					We had a great experience working with Brooke from Bedtime Beginnings and would highly recommend her services!   Our 8 month old daughter had never slept through the night, she continued to wake for feeds twice a night for months.  After a few days of following Brooke’s program we were able to cut out all nighttime feeds and night wakings.  We felt well supported and encouraged throughout the entire program.  The check-ins were especially helpful to discuss any concerns and questions that we had.  Brooke is a great resource and ensures that you have all of the information required to make informed decisions about your sleep program.  We are now able to enjoy our evenings not worrying about when our daughter will wake up and knowing that she has learned the necessary skills to fall asleep easily. 					Brooke’s services were invaluable during a time when the candle was burning quickly at both ends. I had returned to work full-time, and we were still waking multiple times a night with our 13-month-old. I was concerned about leaving his needs unattended, however I knew that his frequent night wakings were doing a disservice to us all. After hearing a success story from a friend who worked with Brooke, I made contact and, after our initial consult, I felt encouraged that we could help our little guy sleep. Brooke was gentle, caring and very informative. She set up our plan in a way that was easy to follow, even in my state of sleep deprivation. Specially tailored to our family situation, Brooke’s plan and helpful follow-up discussions allowed us to move confidently towards a full night’s sleep! Our son is noticeably happier, and I don’t think it is a coincidence that he began walking during our time working with Brooke! All that sleep is just what his brain needed. We are so grateful to Brooke and highly recommend her if you are having difficulty with sleep!
