					My 7-month old son went from waking up every 2-3 hours to nurse to sleeping through the night in just 2 nights with Brooke's help! I was hesitant to contact a sleep consultant because I thought that I should be able to figure it out myself and by doing research.  I didn't sleep for more than a few hours at a time until my son was 7 months old and I couldn't go on functioning with no sleep! After trying various methods with little success and knowing that there was a sleeping/feeding association, I decided that I needed help and didn't feel bad about it! We can't all be experts at everything, and every child is different so googling is not often helpful. Brooke was recommended to me by a friend and I enjoyed every moment of the process. She made me feel that I was already doing a great job and gave me a thorough but simple to implement sleep plan for my son. I was amazed at how simple some of the solutions were to our issues and how well they worked. Thank you Brooke for helping us all get a good nights sleep again!
