					I am not going to lie, I was definitely skeptical of this whole experience. I really did think our child would be the one to ruin Brooke's success rate.  To our surprise our little one day by day became a better sleeper, especially at night. I actually started getting nights were she was sleeping all the way through, I couldn't believe it! 					Loren was absolutely amazing in teaching us the necessary skills to get out struggling 3 year old ( whom woke up 5-6 times a night) to learn to go to bed without a struggle She provided us with both visual aids, virtual support. And she Was always available for questions if I had any . Not only does our 3 year old sleep through the night but the skills we learnt helped us to transition our second baby much easier .  So thankful

					We had a great experience working with Brooke from Bedtime Beginnings and would highly recommend her services!   Our 8 month old daughter had never slept through the night, she continued to wake for feeds twice a night for months.  After a few days of following Brooke’s program we were able to cut out all nighttime feeds and night wakings.  We felt well supported and encouraged throughout the entire program.  The check-ins were especially helpful to discuss any concerns and questions that we had.  Brooke is a great resource and ensures that you have all of the information required to make informed decisions about your sleep program.  We are now able to enjoy our evenings not worrying about when our daughter will wake up and knowing that she has learned the necessary skills to fall asleep easily.  Thank you Brooke for helping us get back to sleep!
