					I was desperate when I contacted Brooke.  My 5 month old was barely sleeping, constantly waking and wouldn't sleep without me.  We noticed an immediate change the first night of "sleep training".  There were tears, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I was anticipating.  Two weeks after starting the program, my daughter was sleeping through the night!  I never dreamed that was possible, and in such a short period of time!  I am so thankful for Brooke and all her knowledge and patience.  She truly understands children and sleep and tailors each plan to the individual child.  I wish I would have contacted her about a month sooner!

					We were using the Sleep Sense strategy with some progress, but we were still struggling with naps. I reached out to Brooke and she gave us some suggestions that really helped our baby. Now, our little one is falling asleep with little to no tears. Naps are better and we’re all getting a full night’s rest! Thank you Bedtime Beginnings!

					Brooke is a real specialist when it comes to sleep training kids. Our 2 year old daughter was a real nightmare sleeper, waking 6-7 times each night and it would take over an hour to put her to sleeping endlessly patting and rocking her, my wife and I couldn't take it anymore. When we first got in touch with Brooke she said that after 3 weeks using her step by step sleep training strategy all we'd need to do is tuck our daughter into bed, leave the room and she'd fall asleep herself and sleep straight for 11 hours or more (when my wife and I heard brooke say this we both laughed and thought it'd never be possible), however here we are today 10 weeks later, and since week 3 our daughter now goes to sleep by herself and sleeps through the whole night, every night ! Thanks you so much Brooke this has been fantastic for our whole family 🙂
