					Before working with Brooke getting more than a 3 hour stretch of sleep was a rarity for our family. We would spend the better part of an hour rocking our daughter to sleep for her to wake within a few hours and start the process again.  Most nights the only way for any of us to get sleep was to bring our toddler into bed with us where none of us got any quality sleep. We were in survival mode. Now our two year old can fall asleep on her own, we have our evenings back to unwind and we all get a solid nights sleep.  Within a week our lives changed and we owe it all to Brooke. She answered all our questions, provided us with so much knowledge, checked in with us daily to help us adjust any strategies and offered us so much support and kindness. 					Loren was absolutely amazing in teaching us the necessary skills to get out struggling 3 year old ( whom woke up 5-6 times a night) to learn to go to bed without a struggle She provided us with both visual aids, virtual support. And she Was always available for questions if I had any . Not only does our 3 year old sleep through the night but the skills we learnt helped us to transition our second baby much easier .  So thankful

					I would recommend Brooke to anyone having troubles getting their little ones to sleep on their own or for long periods of time. My daughter would not sleep on her own, and she wouldn’t sleep for more than 2 hours at a time from the moment she was born until she was 6 months old. The second night of working with Brooke, my daughter fell asleep completely on her own in 15 minutes and slept for 10 hours straight! Brooke is extremely patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help and dedication to helping my family get back to sleep!
