					Brooke is amazing. Our baby boy spent most of the first 7 months of his life in hospital, so he had no feeding or eating schedule. Brooke worked with us to quickly get him on a schedule and sleeping through the night (7 pm to 7am!). He is now 9 months old, goes to bed easily and is a happy little guy when he is awake. He also has a predictable daytime schedule (2 hour nap in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon). We could not have made it to this point without Brooke's help!

					Before working with Brooke getting more than a 3 hour stretch of sleep was a rarity for our family. We would spend the better part of an hour rocking our daughter to sleep for her to wake within a few hours and start the process again.  Most nights the only way for any of us to get sleep was to bring our toddler into bed with us where none of us got any quality sleep. We were in survival mode. Now our two year old can fall asleep on her own, we have our evenings back to unwind and we all get a solid nights sleep.  Within a week our lives changed and we owe it all to Brooke. She answered all our questions, provided us with so much knowledge, checked in with us daily to help us adjust any strategies and offered us so much support and kindness. 					Brooke is our lifesaver! We had our first born almost 19 months ago and it has been 19 months of absolutely horrible sleep for everyone in our house until Brooke came to our rescue.  My daughter wanted to be nursed to sleep, she would wake every 1-2 hours, and a few times a week one of her wakings during the night would be a 2-3 hour stretch where she thought it was time to play. I couldn’t get her to sleep in her crib, so it was stressful once she was rolling and then eventually walking. Brooke gave us the confidence and the tools to get our sleep on track, as we literally were living in a tornado.  When we first met with Brooke, she was completely understanding of our situation and concerns and catered our sleep plan specifically to our needs. We were anxious about starting as we anticipated A LOT of protest from our daughter, however, shockingly to us, the first night went easier than we thought. So on to the next few nights we were waiting for some more protest and it never happened! Our daughter was adjusting incredibly considering the state we were in the weeks before Brooks help. We did have several wakings during the night at the beginning, but not once did I need to enter the room as our daughter quickly learned how to put herself back to sleep. Anytime we had some one off scenarios, Brooke quickly gave her advice and was able to work through the road blocks so that we could keep on track. Now our daughter knows her bedtime routine before we even start and easily lets me lay her down in the crib awake! Without nursing to sleep! And falls asleep on her own! Brooke’s support along the way holds so much value to us, that I couldn’t even put a price tag on it. She truly has made an incredible difference in our lives and our sleep that now we can function so much better. She prepared us for what’s next and has set us up for future success. If you are considering trying a sleep plan but have your worries about it, I highly recommend you reaching out to Brooke so that she can guide you in the right direction.
