If you are looking to get a head start on how to help your little one have the best sleep possible I would love to share my knowledge with you in a 30-minute phone call. I will provide you with a booklet of information, sleep logs you can use to track their sleep and the confidence you need to ensure you will have a well-rested baby right from the start!

If you feel that you could use a little bit of support while implementing the information we discuss then I would be happy to offer you 3 20-minute phone calls to be used during the first few months so that you can ask questions and get specific answers to your concerns.

Newborn Sleep Package (0-3 months)

This package is designed for parents that want the guarantee that their child will sleep through the night as soon as developmentally possible (which is as early as 3-4 months FYI!). Throughout the first few months, we will be in constant contact and I will support you until your child is 3-4 months old and sleeping well at night and going down easy for naps.

Families love this package because it takes the stress and guesswork out of trying to get your child to sleep well each night. We will work closely together to track your child’s sleep and eating patterns through digital sleep logs so that your child will learn how to self-soothe and sleep independently right from birth.

This package includes:

  • Private Phone/Skype Consultation (BONUS- If you live within city limits I can come to you so it’s easier!)
  • Custom Newborn Sleep Plan – Strategies for healthy sleep from the start
  • Digital & Print Sleep Logs to track feedings & sleep

Many babies on this plan are sleeping 10-12 hours straight through the night and taking 3 naps a day upon graduation.

Infant Sleep Package (4-18 months)

If your baby is waking multiple times a time, having short naps or unable to get back to sleep on their own then look no further because this age group is my specialty! I can easily figure out what needs to be modified in order for your child to learn how to self soothe and start sleeping 11-12 hours each night. This is a great age to teach babies the skills they need to be able to sleep through the night, every night. During the two weeks we work together I will be here to guide and support you through the changes until your child is sleeping through the night and going down easily.

Bedtime Support

Add on to any package:

    • Mommy & Me Plans- $200
      • Did you know that I work with adults as well?  If you fear that you will not be able to sleep even after your child starts to sleep then let me do an evaluation on your sleep and write a custom plan for you as well.
      • Add each additional adult for $150 each after.
    • Text Support on Night 1- $75
      • If you are a little nervous about the first night of changes I welcome you to contact me as needed from bedtime until 9 pm so I can answer your questions as they come up.
    • Bedtime Support (*London area only) $250
      • I will come and offer side-by-side support during bedtime until your child is fast asleep.  This is great for parents that are nervous about the changes or unsure how your child will fall asleep on the first night.
      • I will come early to go over the plan again and then will offer side-by-side support during bedtime until your child is fast asleep and then stay for a post-bedtime debrief.
    • In-home Support*- Half night (6 pm until midnight) $650
      • If you are unsure about how it will all work and feel that you could use some help implementing your plan I will come to your house to assure success on the first night.
      • In addition to helping to optimize the bedroom for sleep, I can support you in a number of other ways as you create new, healthy, sleep habits. *Charges apply for travel outside of London. 
    • In-home Support*- Overnight (6pm – 6am) $1150
      • If you are exhausted and have a hard time even imagining how this is going to work I would be happy to come over and take a hands on approach to helping you get back to sleep.  
      • I will stay awake with your baby monitor and only wake you if necessary. I will optimize your child’s bedroom for sleep, assist with bedtime and be on hand to make sure that your new plan is implemented well and that you feel reassured throughout the night.

Child Sleep Package (18+ months)

Whether they were a good sleeper before or not, it can become increasingly difficult to get your child to sleep or to stay asleep as they become older;  this can cause frustration for parents and children alike (they want to sleep, they just don’t realize it yet!) and make for constant bedtime battles in the house.

I really enjoy working with this age group because the age appropriate strategies I use can be fun for the kids to get involved and they pick up on the changes quickly. I can help your child learn to love sleep as much as we do!

A little refresher can get your little one back on track!

Thank you again for trusting me with your precious child, as much as I enjoyed working with you I always wish for my clients to not need me again (unless it’s another child of course!) as that means you are all sleeping well.  Over the time I have been consulting, I have found that some clients have had questions a few weeks, months, or even a year or two later.

If you do have questions in the future, here is my current pricing for return clients only*:

  • $30 per email question (thread)
  • $60 for a scheduled 30-minute call
  • $175 for a refresher package:
    • Includes a 30-60 minute phone call and one week of emails, sleep logs support, 1-2 phone calls and any relevant documentation to aid the process.

If you have enjoyed working together and would prefer to keep me in your back pocket should a question arise,  here are my current options:

OPTION A – Continuous Sleep Support $300

  • Monthly email questions or 6 20-minute scheduled calls.
  • Priority response time.
  • 1-year expiration from date of purchase.

  • On-going monthly support.

Adult Sleep Program

As adults we have habits and schedules that can conflict with our sleep, often not even realizing what we are doing may be impacting the amount of zzz’s we get in a night.  

If you are a person that has trouble falling asleep or staying asleep on a regular basis then this is for you!  

I use a very gentle approach and only suggest changing what is necessary to get your body to fall in love with sleep again. If you don’t have a medical reason to not be sleeping (or if you do but have already been assessed by a Doctor) then reach out because I can write a plan that can solve your sleep problems for good and have you sleeping again in less than a few weeks!

I will dig into the root cause of the issue and suggest gradual changes so that your body remembers how to sleep again, all while supporting you each week as we improve your sleep together.

The most common reasons we don’t sleep well are:

    • Night wakings and trouble falling back to sleep
